1) Email info@eastsideweddingphotography.com to let us know the date(s) of your event(s), what photography package you’re interested in, and anything else you want us to know!
2) If we’re potentially available for your date(s), we’ll set up a video call to chat.
3) After our video chat – if you think we’ll be a great match for your incredible wedding – and if we believe we’re the perfect fit for what you’re looking for – we’ll send you a contract to review and sign. We’ll also send a link for you to submit a non-refundable, non-transferrable retainer fee.
4) Once you’ve signed the contract and submitted the retainer, we’ll block out the date(s) of your event(s) on our calendar!
***Please note: Only once you sign the contract and submit the retainer will we block out the date(s) of your event(s) on our calendar. Emailing us an inquiry, meeting with us, or otherwise expressing your interest in having us photograph your event(s) will not in any way guarantee that we’ll be your photographer(s). At any point before you’ve signed the contract and submitted the retainer, our availability could change and we’ll be unable to photograph your event(s).
